In this era of globalization, an academic journey without any form of internationalization is incomplete. Therefore, the efforts of our international cell are directed towards facilitating and creating a platform for students to build a network for future education.

We are striving to tie up with premier academic/research institutes across the globe with a commitment to quality research and education as a global tool to resolve global issues. These partnerships enable us to create domains for inbound and outbound student and faculty exchange programs. Research is the epitome of every form of knowledge; thus, we firmly believe that we will communicate effectively with more people and better adapt to diversifying the knowledge-seeking process. Keeping this in mind, the International Cell has taken the initiative to collaborate with various universities and research institutes across the globe to create a platform for students and faculty to get exposed to new cultures, languages, skills, and a competitive work environment that not only enhance their capabilities but provide better career opportunities also.

Globalization and technological advancements have made the world an interconnected global village with shared global cultures, practices, and values. India, a vast land of affluent ancient knowledge created by great sages, rich culture & heritage, sustainable practices, and universal values, has much to share with the rest of the world and can also learn a lot from other nations. With this perspective, The Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Smt. Anandiben Patel envisioned the state universities of Uttar Pradesh to establish relationships with foreign universities and institutions. Pursuing Her vision, the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, Prof. Vinay Kumar Pathak, a renowned Professor of Computer Science, a distinguished academician, and a visionary edu-leader, formed an International Relations & Academic Cooperation (IRAC) Cell. The role of the IRAC Cell is to bring our students and faculty to the world and to bring the world to our students and faculty. The IRAC cell aims to create a gateway for global outreach and international partnerships to share academic, research, innovation, and socio-cultural thoughts, knowledge, and practices between the CSJM University Kanpur and the universities/ Institutions of the rest of the world.
